I'm losing money by the day and owing it the same. Car will always start right back up and then run sometimes 5 minutes and sometime 30 minutes and the process starts over. Have checked fuel pressure while engine running and verified constant pressure even when it dies. ![]() It's for my business and it's my only truck I have. Hot/cold, driving/not driving do not seem to matter. I will also provide the latest readings below the link for troubleshooting purposes. If theres no pressure drop when stalling then address the DPFE issue. If you want to see if the fuel pump is dropping out when stalling, hook a fuel pressure gauge up, and watch it when it stalls. I have provided the link to my Google Drive where you can view the issue yourself. A malfunctioning DPFE sensor can cause the EGR to work incorrectly, and cause the car to stall. Only other things I've done was remove the fuel pump to check for debris at water separator channel because the water in fuel light had been on recently too (no debris found, nice and clean) and I checked both batteries without cables each. I'm not sure if it's related but I started having the stalling right after swapping the fuses. Stalling seems to get worse when at operating temps. It will start back up without issue numerous times before stalling again. However, while I was in the fuse panel I noticed there were about 4-5 30amp fuses in random locations rated for 10 or 20, so I swapped them to spec (and no, I did not note which ones they were □♂️) Now, it will now start and run fine, but then stall out. Every fuse in the panel tested fine and I still have the lights issue. ![]() ![]() I have a couple separate issues going on where my left blinker light on dash stays on and left blinkers don't work when the brake is pressed and the hazard lights only light up the right front blinker, so I grabbed the manual and started to test some fuses. The issue started when I opened up the fuse panel looking for a place to tap into 12v for a backup camera I use to back up my dump trailer. I probably put 40 more miles on it and 4 trips back and forth before any issue. I drove it 70 miles from point of sale back to my house no issues. I bought this 04 6.0 a few weeks ago for my junk haul business. Hi all, new here to the forum and first time diesel owner.
